In this new Patterns from other website episode, let me introduce you to Darth Frimousse and Rag Doll

I. Darth Frimousse

Recently, Virginie from ohboutdufil French blog organised a CAL (crochet along) With her Frimousse pattern. Frimousse is a cute little sheep, sometimes ewe, sometimes wolve ! She asked us to bring him into our world, and I didn’t hesitate long before feeding my little sheep with the dark side of the force :p

My changes : 
– I shorten his arms and legs : it’s a baby darth Frimousse ! 
– Of course, his allegiancy to the Dark Side darkened his wool and turned his eyes red .
– Finally, I helped him with his lightsaber by putting together the focusing crystal and the power source (I reveal how to forge a yarn lighsaber here  ;-) 

II. Rag Doll

Designer :  PetitsModèles (FR)

Petits modèles organised a “modern crochet contest” on her blog and her facebook page. Please have a look at it, even if you don’t participate, there are a lot of wonderfull entries ! I did participate with my pineapple bag, and, as did all the participants, I received a pattern from “Petits modèles” Shop. I don’t know if we were all given the same pattern, but should I have picked one, that’s the one I would have chosen. Yay ! 
So I started right away !
In her white and red version, it reminded me of the main character of a French blog that  I used to read (Morpheen). So I decided to adapt the pattern to make a rag doll instead of a mushroom doll :)

My changes :
– Red eyes made with transparent eyes, painted in red with nail polish.
– Red hair
– The arms size
– And finally, I made a little crocheted square to remind pieced fabric.
