Meet De Estraperlo through a little country walk

Meet Karl Toffeln, Scout, her teddy bear (and a little guest, can you spot it? ^^) 

I discovered De Estraperlo thanks to her geometrical blanket, and I can’t get enough of her designs ! You may remember the big Hen sisters I made for Easter too. Today, it’s Karl Toffeln and scout’s turn !

Maria created a whole family “Mine Grotje Familie” that lives in a small miniature world. Each member has its own story that you can read on her blog (in English and Spanish) ! Here is Scout’s story  and here is Karl’s. 

You’ll learn that Karl loves travelling and the countryside. That’s why he decided to take his cousin Scout for a little country walk not far from my place. 

Scout as for her, loves bears and never goes out without  her teddy bear, and her bear outfit ! 

I didn’t change the original pattern, I only added some strand of yarns to make the hair and embroidered a small nose.
